EXECUTIVE COACHING
Our coaching philosophy focuses on unlocking the strengths of the coachees and giving them space to think in a manner that helps them take back power and responsibility in order to own their future.
The coaching tends to focus on specific competencies and skills so the sessions will typically be limited to 12 or 6 sessions per client over a 3 month period. After these sessions are complete, the process can be reviewed to see whether it is necessary to continue. It is understood that the sessions are confidential.
In his approach Paul combines various coaching perspectives including behavioural, cognitive and value based interventions. From time to time people from the same team, may have a group coaching session or team session as the situation warrants. Where agreed, Paul will also conduct 3 way coaching sessions with the coachee’s executive or manager.
